Where a separate photography agreement is entered into between RichpineRoseStudios and a client, that agreement will control the specific terms of the photography services, including matters such as payment, cancellation, rescheduling, image delivery, usage rights, and other project-specific conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may change from time to time unless a price has already been confirmed through a signed agreement or other binding written arrangement.

Additional costs may apply depending on the scope of a project, travel requirements, location fees, permits, additional shooting time, special editing requests, prints, products, or other requested services.

Applicable payment requirements will be communicated before a booking is finalized.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, retainers, and no-show policies may vary depending on the photography service being booked.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms contained in a signed photography agreement will take precedence over general information appearing on this website.

RichpineRoseStudios may reschedule a session when circumstances outside reasonable control make the session unsafe or impractical, including severe weather, dangerous environmental conditions, illness, emergencies, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, images, graphics, logos, branding, written content, designs, and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to RichpineRoseStudios and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Viewing an image on this website does not transfer ownership or copyright to the viewer.

You may not reproduce, download for commercial use, sell, modify, distribute, publish, remove watermarks from, claim ownership of, or otherwise commercially exploit RichpineRoseStudios content without prior written permission or an applicable license.

8. Portfolio Use and Model Releases

The use of client photographs in the RichpineRoseStudios portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, publications, or other promotional materials will be governed by the applicable photography agreement, model release, or other authorization obtained from the client or subject where required.

These Terms alone do not constitute a model release.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including social media platforms, payment processors, galleries, scheduling systems, maps, or other external services.

RichpineRoseStudios does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, or privacy practices.
